1990 camry tail/dash lights problem
I looked in the FAQ thread, and I didn't see anything like this problem, but if one was in there, I appologize. In my 90 camry, when I turn on my lights, my headlights work, but my tail lights dont work, and neither do my dash lights. The break lights do work however. I've read a few solutions online that I have tried. I checked the yellow box in the trunk, and everything in there was fine. All the fuses in the front by the drivers seat were good. I also looked at the wires in the tubing that runs along the trunk arm on the drivers side, and none of them were frayed or broken. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This problem is driving me crazy.

Front parking lights work? You do have the dash dimmer all the way up, right?

Re: 1990 camry tail/dash lights problem
Not absolutely certain but based on a skimpy Haynes manual schematic it appears the tail lights and dash lights are powered via the tail light relay. It's coil in turn is powered by the integration relay providing a ground. Should both be on the relay/fuse panel under the dash on the driver's side. Before you buy new relays try swapping them with an identicle relay on the same panel if there is one. Try tapping them. There is a 15 amp tailight fuse that could give you the same problem.
