95' SSEi Ventilation problem

I have just replaced a bad blower motor but now I can't get any air in thru my vents defroter or floor vents. The blower is working fine now. It has Auto climat control. The air WILL switch between floor, defrost and vent. I can barely feel air flow thru either of these and the Blower is on HI. I do'nt think the main baffle is opening. I removed the blower again to see if I may have disconnected something but it looks good. The Baffle or door directly opposite the blower doesn't seem to open. I can oppen it by hand and it springs back into a closed position. Any ideas??

That door is to select outside fresh air or inside recirculation, and should allow air flow regardless of it's position. You may want to check your cabin air filter if equipped to see if it's clogged.
