GTO vs. Mach 1 Mustang

....hehehe, I thought they where supposed to be fast? wha-happen?

nah j/k it was a nice run.
I had just passed the toll booth on my way to work when I hear two howling cars off in the distance closing in quick on my six.
I look back and see a black G35 coupe and a white mustang racing off the toll gates.
I drop from fifth to 4th and get to one side so they can finish thier race. The Stang had at lest 4 cars on the G35 by the time they pass me.
I start tailing the stang and line up side by side at 80 mph, we take off and I'm pulling away slowly. By 120 I had 2 cars on him.
we line up again and this time I pulled a bit more.
we went for a third but the idiot in the G35 cut us off and blocked him. We both hammered it and sonic boomed the G35 back to 2003.

he just couldnt hang.
good times.

Awesome run. I thought those G35s could hang... asshat driver? They look nice anyway... LOL

Nice run. I thought mach 1's were faster than that, but i dont know much about them, i just assumed. And g35's arent that fast, well they are fast, just not enough to keep up to musashi

ever heard of the infinity g35 350 small block? i'd really like to see that one fixed up, maybe the motor would sound sick.

What the hell is a G35 350 small block? Are you sure your not thinking of a Chevy instead of a Infinity? But then agian, they are practically the same thing. heh

Well, seeing as how the G35 is down some 20 to 30hp depending on its year to the Mach1 it doesn't suprise me, and that the Mach1 is down some 80hp from the GTO doesn't suprise me that the GTO pulled it.

thanks for the compliments guys I love playing around with cars that I used to look at and shy away from. Im still not used to it.
Now dont get me wrong guys I love the G35 and I think its a great car but yeah this driver was an ass.

well the GTO does have a 80-90 hp advantage... and its not like the race was that bad.

Good kill. The Mach 1 isn't that great from a roll. Race one from a dig and you may have a tough challenge, as i've heard/read that they are easy to launch.
