While my car, 98 accord v6, is turned off there is a moaning sound that comes from the rear of the car. Anyone have any idea?

But it is probably just the suspension settling and you are hearing a sound that a shock makes as it returns to its rest position rather slowly. It is probably OK. Try pushing down on the rear of the car after it groaned. It should groan again. If it takes awhile for it to level itself, then the shocks are old, get new ones. But it probably isn't at all important.
