Talking New Stuff:Exhaust, hood pins and coil-overs for hood

Here it is finally my totaly new exhaust, it has two mufflers on back on two silencers(I hope that I said that right) in the middle of the car it's all made from stainless steal and custom made for my car by some rally expert so it's open till max I must say that the sound is very good not too loud and not too quiet somewhere between it is all new from headers till end (new plan is to get headers)...
So when I was at this guys place I said him to put those hood pins on they are real and ther is hole in hood and all the stuff a little long procedure to open the hood but it's worth it...
Oh yeah and I put those coil-overs for hood too, they are good so now you don't have to put that stick any more to hold hood, you just pop the hood and it stands right there :sun:

Here are the pics of it :

What do you think?

Sound will be record soon and the DiVX to for non-belivers in my 210km/h in 4th gear

those things you have that hold up your hood... when you pop your hood open, do they automatically push it up?

In here in Europe they do make kits for 88-91' civic/crx they are the same, the price is 70EUR(Euro) and they bold in with no custom job just drill hols and screw them in as you see in my pics...

Yestrday we made a DiVX especially for Setanta my hatch in fourth gear in max speed 210km/h, and then in 5th gear it's on the end of km/h meter.I'll probobly put that on later today

Looking good emil13si! except for the "H" on the hood, not really my style to be honest but very nice car.. I wanna see that divX

I also have those hood lifts mine are from "bonrath" (http://www.bonrath.com/e/go.htm and select "power lifts")
I'm sorry to say it emil but you've got yours upside down!
You have to mount them with the thick part attached to the hood and the thin part attached to the car itself. I'm very sure about this, it was listed in the "safety requirements" of the instructions. I don't know if it makes a lot of difference but I thought I'd mention it.

No, I am pretty sure he mounted it correctly, they looked like that on the trunk of my parents 85 S10 Blazer.

By the way emil13si, do you have blue bulbs in your corner lenses?

............Look at the pictures on the site I posted, you'll see what I mean. Besides I don't think the manufacturer will suply incorrect information in their instructions now would they...

About those coilovers I'm pretty sure that I put them right...
I saw them onthe show car and they were standing the same way as mine and it's their product...TSW tuning...

Hi there I found the coil-overs that bracer was thinking,
they are from BONRATH...he is right they're put in other way then mine...

And those are mine and you can see on the photo that they're mounted
differently, I guess that each firm has its way...
