Rim size for big brake kit
I just got my wilwood big brake kit. I was wondering hwat size rims must i have inorder to have these brakes intalled? I think it's 18"+ right?

IT should say on the sight you ordered them from. Do you have a link? What size are the rotors?

I believe its usally 17" rims.

Yeah, Wilwood recommends 17" wheels. I've been wanting to get the Wilwood kit, but I don't think it will fit behind my stock 16's. When you put the kit on test it with the stock 16's and tell me if it will fit. Ok?

I also think its 17's, the calipers wont clear the wheel otherwise. Also, arent the stock rims like that 15's?

 Build on hold until I get a good paying job, either in school or once I get out. At that time a full tear down and complete rebuild should be in order. The Purple People Eater will ride again... January 2011 can't come soon enough.

stock gsx rims are 17" so it depends on the year and modle

I was talking about the ones on vanilla gorrilla's Spyder. I thought those were 15's.

The 5-spokers are 16's, the double 5-spokers are 17's
