I have a 94 s10 blazer v6 4.3l vortec that won't start and i have run out of ideai . It start early this week on monday jerking alittle when i took off but only of a morning and i just guessed it need a tune up but wensday after work i start it and it die so i restart and it ran for about a block and die and i restarted this time i got like 4 blocks and it die. After that it wouldn't restart so i had to tow it home i replaced the fuel filtter, fuel pump, disturbitor cap, rotor, spark plugs and clean the EGR valve and it still won't start. It try to start when you hold the pedal all the way to the floor and turn it over.I got a one those trouable code readers and it just give me the pass code . I hope someone can help. I'm thinking about replaceing the fuel pressure regulator. I check to make sure i had a spark to my spark plugs and i do so i'm fairly sure its in the gas system.

Re: Need Help!!!

Welcome to Automotive Forums, s10_blazer

I would think that it's fuel related, however before you start replacing more parts you should really test the pressure first.

You can make your own fuel pressure gauge (do a google search) or just rent (borrow) 1

I had posted this link a long time ago

It might help you
