well done ...i've seen your entry and good luck...must try to get more to join in to make it more fun...if we get enough i will try to sort out some sort of prize..perhaps a bottle of single malt scotch

if england don't win i would like to see you boys do well...it may help raise the profile of the game over there...

soccer is perhaps the biggest sport in the world and yet it seems to pass the usa by..strange

yeah it can be quite frustrating at times being a soccer player in america.... the american football crowd is incredibly arrogant, and ignorant. then you have the dickheads on sports shows on TV bashing soccer for no reason, probably because they just like american football. im hoping that in the next few years MLS gets a big name player over here like a Beckham or Ronaldo, that may help the game out some.

Re: score predictor mini-league

I'll sign up! Soccer is getting pretty big here though, I think I read somewhere that more kids play soccer than anyother sport. Soccer has always been huge in my little hick town, it's all we've got and throughout the state most people that know much about the high school soccer know us even though we're a school of a little less than 400...Only lighted soccer only field in the state woohoo!

Re: score predictor mini-league

not every one comes in the sports forum much less the soccer section, you might want to put it in your sig as well, kind of spread around alittle bit more

Illinois...we were just single A though so the only time we ever had night games was at home or when we'd go play the AA teams...but their fields were also used for the other kind of football. Ours was the only lit field where soccer was the only sport played on it in the state.
