2000 LS V-6 severe electrical problems

I have a 2000 LS V-6. With severe electrical problems. When at an idle the car will dye. No check engine light comes on. Then after restart the and while driving at normal speeds on freeway the entire instrument cluster will fail. All the dash light will go on (abs ,check engine, traction, ect) and the gauges tack out car dies and restarts on it own everything will reset itself and it will run fine until it dyes out again. Note if you rev up the car as the lights come on the car will reset its self. I have replaced the battery and the alternator and the current charging voltage is 13.54. any help or starting point would be appreciated.

See if you have any diagnostic trouble codes. Most chain auto parts stores will pull the codes for free. Get the codes and post them on here rather than taking the salesperson's advice.
