Question

Cam gears ,, can someone help?

Im thinking of replacing my timing belt soon and iwas thinking to install a cam gear though i dont know if its worth it, on astock cam I mean ?
Is every timing belt for 01 civic the same if there is even aftermarket.
For a rough idle cam what would be neccesary to replace besides retainers and springs .........
