Need Help w/88 Fiero BAD!!!!!

Have a problem that is weird. Car lost all power just quit running no lights radio etc. Then 20 minutes later the lights radio etc came back but the engine wont crank over two or three times then its like the battery is dead - just clicks, except the lights n stuff still work. Alternator, starter and battery is good. What next? Please reply quickly. Much appreciated.

Not the alternator belt - I've had it off along with the starter - had them checked to see if they were bad. If I hook a batt charger up then it cranks longer but then it will just click again. You can see all the lights and accessories dim when the engine cranks. It's like there is a power drain. Thanks tho I appreciate the help.
