If you work for FedEx, I'm sorry if I offend you, but I am just a tad pissed off right now.......Back in march I ordered a new keyless entry system off ebay. The seller "received payment" on the 27th. 2, then 3 weeks pass and I receive nothing. After getting back with the seller, they tell me that the package had been sent by FedEx. My fiancee already had a bad experience with FedEx with a pair of shoes she ordered a couple years ago, and she warned me about them... I come to find out they shipped my keyless entry system to Fort Worth...and they even had my correct city, name and address on their "final destination" according to the tracking feature on their site. So if they KNEW where I lived according to their own records, why did they drop it off in a totally different city?! When I called them, their representative didn't have an answer...just a "sorry you didn't receive your package, you'll have to get back with the shipper so they may file a claim..." Oh, that's great, now the seller isn't responding! I HATE FEDEX NOW, and hopefully UPS don't make such pitiful screw-ups as this!!!

Fed ex and UPS sucks. USPS ftw dude. can't beat 2-3 day priority shipping.

at this point its just as much the shippers fault for not communicating with you and trying to help out a customer.

Yea, when I started a dispute they claimed they sent me emails that "must have been forwarded" to me bulk mail..haha... riiiight! It's all be taken care of now. AlbanyCartel, believe me, I am VERY glad I didn't get herpes. Thanks for the support

i've been lucky with fed ex. BUT with UPS thats another story. they NEVER knock on my door for delivery. instead they THROW the package over my fence to the back yard. every time to and inside the packages has been computer componants (video cards ect )

About 43 bucks total. $20 of it was to have it shipped to the wrong city, isn't that wonderful!!
The seller is filing a clain against fedex, and in 5-7 days (as of yesterday) they're money is supposed to be refunded...then I'll have to wait another long while for the item. I should get the 20 dollar shipping charge reimbursed for all this trouble!

Same here. I really have no problem with Fed Ex, but UPS, man thats another story. You leave specific instructions with the shipper as well with UPS to deliver the package a certain way (leave behind house, side of house in special package bin etc etc), and they either get it messed up or return it, whch usually happens. Can't they get instructions right?
