Amp Repair
I have a profile ca 600, its about 3 years old. Well some how in the movement from vehicle to vehicle about 4 times the rca jacks are pretty much screwed. Is there any way i could get a replacement set, im going to call profile to see the possibility. Im trying to do this as cheaply as possible since its such an old amp. Any feed back would be great thanks.

Re: Amp Repair
the question is how good is your 2M skills...??
If you're really sic-wit-it then you should be able to pop it in no prob, otherwise I wouldn't recommend you doing it and causing further damage.

Re: Amp Repair
If i cant do it my grand father has been working with electronics for 40 years, and my uncle does CNC repair so im sure that one of them can do any small circuit soldering if needed. Im good with electronics but i still have a lot to learn.

Re: Amp Repair
you got help, so you should try to repair the assembly.
if it's beyond repair... contact your amp's manufacturer for a replacement rca jack. if you can't find help there... try to modify a universal rca jack assembly to fit into the same spot.
