Cigarette Lighter Fuse??Please Help!!

Anyone know which fuse is the cigarette lighter/charger fuse. I was using the charger powered air pump for a flat and and I herard a soft pop noise and now the lighter doesnt work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

The fuse box is located on the driver's side behind the hood opener. Open the box and the fus configration is listed on the cover. The cigarette lighter fuse is a 15A on the upper side, 6th fuse from the rear.
