How do you guys feel about the 06 RSX Type-S?

Would it do good against an SL?

Re: Opinions

Faster. My brother has one, and trust me. Those things are quick on their feet. Or tires. Whatever.

Re: Opinions

It could be tough for an SL to keep up. They are 15 second cars flat. If you were a better driver than the person say you were racing, it would be a very close contest.

Re: Opinions

I heard that some SL's are able to run a 14.9
And I hear that some Type-S can hit a 14.8
So it is a drivers race right?

Re: Opinions

Assuming each would be running well and everythings in check with eachother ie. both have decient tires, all mechanical parts are running as expected it would be pretty much a drivers rice. But go find out. You can't tell a race by looking at paper. The only way is to go out and do it yourself and let us know how it turns out.

Re: Opinions

Yeah, and there has been a TT that pulled off a 13 flat stock. Does it mean every TT has the ability to? NO. 14.9 for a stock SL is RARE. It has been done, but usually wont. Pair that with the fact that hte SL is at least 7 years old, and the type-S is brand new and probably in better running order. Assuming equal drivers, I'd give this one to the rsx.

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.
