Matching Touch Up Paint

Lately my 2001 Taurus has been getting bubbling paint in different places ... I don't like that. The first spot I noticed was on my drivers door and I fixed it the best I could in a squeeze - I noticed it right before we went on vacation in the car so I didn't want to have a bubble spot with bare rusty paint out there. I sanded it down after picking the bad paint off and some paint around it that had good metal under it, primed and painted it with duplicolor paint.

I noticed one thing when I was done, it didn't match. I thought that the duplicolor paint was off, but when I got in the car, I looked at a part of the door that wasn't exposed to sun for 5 years. Turns out the duplicolor paint matches the color that the car was when we got it.

Now, I have a few more spots that it is starting to do that, and having the car professionally done is out of the question. So, what can I do to make the paint blend in alittle better?
