Re: Nos

I personaly would not go putting "NOS" into a Saturn, as it is not a performence vehicle. NoS, will take miles and miles of engine life right out of your engine - the car is an "A to B" car, not for racing.

Re: Nos

i highly advise agaisnt the use of nitrous oxide without researching the science and princibles of how and why it works, and it is out of the question on any street vehicle. don't be fooled by the Fast and the Furious. also NOS is only a brand name.

that being said, performance parts are widely availible - check EBay as well as spswebpage.com and spsmotorsports.com

Re: Nos

saturns and bolts ons dont do much. saturns and boost or nitrous does quite a bit. you can run a nitrous set up on a daily driver, but there are limitations to it. that means check the engine out and make sure its in top condition, or it will die that much quicker. next is to know nitrous nozzles. then knowing about wet nitrous because thats what you will want to run.

cant just bolt it up and go, have to understand everthing first. and nitrous isnt always used, it kicks in at wot. if you want good information on running nitrous, get one www.turbosaturns.net. you can get help there, but DO NOT PUT NOS, its nitrous. anything little stupid thing said will get you in alot of heat. just do some searches and then you can put a post up about it.

and all you need to do is buy a wet nitrous kit, dont get NOS, which normally comes with everything needed. then you have to tap into fuel, tap into intake manifold or intake tube for the nozzle, run solenoids, lines, and wire it in. its also advised to get a nitrous purge kit. but get on that site and there are some guys with good advice on what to do.
