Power Steering Fill Cap

I Have A 1997 Grand Prix Gtp And I Wanted To Check The Power Steering Fluid But I Can Not Locate The Power Steering Fill Cap Pictured In The Manual. Thanks

Check on the passenger side of the car near the firewall. It is down toward the lower part of the engine. It can get hard to get to but not impossible.
