turn signal question

I lost a part for the turn signal on my 64 pontiac catalina. Theres a rod that goes from the steering wheel down the steering column to a switch that activates the turn signal when turned to either side. The part I lost is a little metal loop thing that connects to the end of the rod and goes around the switch and when you move the turn signal lever it moves it back and forth. I need to find that little piece because I am sick of having to move the switch by myself! Does anybody know where I could find something like that?
