Wipers!!!!!
Im tring to get the whole wiper arm off of a 99 eclipse gs and the damn cowl cover or whatever its called is in the way and wont come off without the wiper off and the wiper wont come off without the cowl cover or whatever im
 on this one... Anyone have a similar problem or know of anything to do?? I have the hanes manuel but i still cant figure it out... Thanks???
