idle speeds
just out of curiousity, what sthe normal idle speed on a 94 sl1. mine is give or take 1000rpm when i sit still and im in st louis so the weather is always bouncin around if that makes any difference. would it be bad if the idle was set too low? jw. im in the process of gettin her up to par so if just let me now if theres anything i can do to fix this if i need to. again. dont think its bad but just curious. thanx

mines around 850 so not but 1000 is a little high

i just check it out again and was maybe about 600. hows that?

Idle RPM speed will varry depending on how warm the engine is. When the engine is first started it will idle at a higher RPM to warm the engine up faster.

idle speed depending on engine and options is about 650-850. it is not adjustible and the tach is not a perfict reading so you should be ok.
