Drama Queen at work
She infuriates me. She's lazy, ignorant(literally),and has a fit when something dosen't go her way. No kidding. If we have a disagreement on something, she gets all salty for 2 or 3 days. I mean, it reminds me of being 14 again. All she does is blow shit out of proportion. I had to do her job today, and she is an hourly emloyee, and she was on the clock. I mentioned it to her, since no one else will since they can't stand the thought of Her Gorgeousness being angry at them. I had to sit there for an entire half-an-hour explaning to her that the time for phone calls to your boyfriend(NOT EVEN HER HUSBAND) is after work, not during. I don't want to do your job, my work load is enough. Thanks, but clock your ass out if you want to laugh and joke with friends all day.

you have the power to fire her? if you don't just be an asshole to her and be nice to everybody else, a lot of people would just say report her to the boss but i still live by the "tattlers shall be castrated" rule

Sorry to hear that. I know I've had people that are impossible to work with. And like they said get rid of her if you have the authority. Last summer I worked with such a bad crew for my landscaping that I was once taken away while I was working by the police, hooked up to a polygraph (lie detector test) and was questioned about the stolen $500 from my boss's mom's purse. It wasn't me of course but the one person who wouldn't take the test was fired. Hope it kind of works the same for you.

I know what you mean. At my old job, which involved answering phones and putting sports stats into a computer, there were several nights where I'd be the only one doing anything (there were three of us there) and the other two would be either talking to friends or dicking around online.
