My buddy is selling his dropzome shocks and springs to me brand new(he totalled his car and didnt have time to put them on) for 250$. Are those shocks and springs any good or will they mess something up?

Re: dropzone?

I personally would go with APC lowering springs before I went with DropZone.

(Now that's saying something )

Re: dropzone?

well this is my problem. When i go around a left turn my wheels rub and shave off my tire. So I thought i needed new shocks in the back. I have 18's all around.

So what do i need to stop that?

And what is understeer?

Your camber is out.

Try this out.

http://home.earthlink.net/~civicex95/rearcamber.html

Don't forget to get an entire wheel alignment. Better yet, get a wheel alignment and see what is off before you start.

Re: dropzone?

I think the problem is wheel size. If those are wide enough and you didn't put spacers on, that would also cause rub. Lowering your car will only make it worse.

Re: dropzone?

Spacers, are those hubcentric spacers or whatever. where do i get those at.

and they do fit, because none of the other wheels rub. they are 215 35 18 and the dudes at tiresplus said they are tight but they fit.

i thought by putting stiffer shocks on it would help from the car not lean so much therefore not rub.

where do i check my camber angle. like what place.

oh yeah and im on a laptop and the question mark key doesnt work so i cant use slashes or question marks.
