bypass dealer for new transponder key

Hi all I need to know is the only was to get a key programmed for my 350Z is by dealing with the dealer? I have purchased a new key on ebay and need it programmed and don't want to pay the dealer price.

it has to be done with the consult 2 or equivalent you also need the bcm pin number in order to get the nats code from nissan
