Skyline lights on a 1g

i have seen a fe 1g eclipses with skyline lights on them, is this purely custom, or is there a kit out there that i can buy?

custom just like the sylvia lights,its a big mod,the lights are powered differently than ours also so wiring mods need done.i hear its alot of work.
