ICV Valve Fixed 99 Kia problem now blinking hold

I read previous threads and my 1999 Kia Sportage (w/ 61,000 miles) b/c it was rough idling and at stop sign would shut off and would not idle. I read some threads here and the ICV valve cleaning fixed the problem - Wow Thanks this site is wonderful. It runs fine now but the yellow check engine light is on and the new problem is the hold light is now flashing. Any thoughts on how to fix this electrical situation. Again no symtoms car wise that I can tell. This happened immediately after I cleaned the ICV valve no driving at all. Test drove car around block fine no more idle symptoms.
