Kicker L715 vs. 2 Assasin 12s

On eBay there is a guy selling an L715 w/ enclosure and a Profile AP2000 amp. It's listed for $350 but I'm going to offer him $250-$275. He live about 1 1/2 hours away so there is no shipping cost.

So what do you think is better? I never got my Assasins installed because I'm going to make a custom box and haven't bought an amp yet. So my Assasins, amp, box, and wiring will probably total over $350. But if I sold my Assasins in the local paper I could probably get $200 for them and end up w/ a cheaper set-up but same quality?

What would you guys do?
Thanks
