Can the front strut cartridges be replaced without disturbing the alignment settings on my lesabre?

If you mark everything pretty good, it should be very close. I did mine a few months back and marked everything. I still took it to the tire center for a check of the alignment. The alignment checked okay and didn't even need any adjustment.

As far as special, just a spring compressor that you can buy or rent from Advance or AutoZone...The job is not bad at all. Just takes a little time...
