Help with factory key code for lock.
I just bought a 2003 CV and I need to change the key code for the lock on the doors. I was looking in the manual and it said that I needed to know what the factory code is so I can erase what ever may be in place now. The problem I am having is I do not know what the factory code is. Does anyone know where I may be able to obtain this information? Thanks.

Try looking in the trunk on or around the hinges. I thought I read somewhere usually on the left hand hinge. Might also check for a sticker in the glove box.

I checked the manual for the car. The code is on a sticker on the door lock computer. I think the computer is located behind the glove box on the fire wall.
