Hot '98 Engine Solved

After reading all the threads and doing all the obvious things to cool down my hot running engine, I found the real culprit. My son had complained that when pulling into a parking space, the front undercarriage would sometimes scrape on the curb or sidewalk. Eureka, I looked under the bumper to see the duct that directs air onto the radiator. The plastic piece that should be tucked on top of the bumper extension had been pulled to a position under the bumper extension. This meant that when driving at highway speeds, the plastic duct was being pushed rearward and constricting air flow onto the radiator. Tucking it back on top did the trick. I hope this helps someone.
