Cool air intake for 2.4l spyder

help i can't find a air intake kit for a 99 eclipse spyder, the 2000+ kits aren't going to fit my 4g64

Base model 2000+ have 4g64's...

Did you check eBay?

the 2000+ 4g64 are transverse so its not going to fit, i did more research and none are made, i guess you just use a high flow filter that you would put onto a 4g63t

there are some made. They show up on ebay and I think it's dragon that makes them. The filter from a 4g63T wont fit I don't think because of the positioning of the air box on the 4g64. You can try but I doubt it else they wouldn't have to make ones special for the 4g64 96-99's.

No one really makes an intake for 2g gs spyders....there may be some cheap crappy ones though...but a mass adapter for the 2g turbo will fit. I put a 2g turbo K&N FIPK on mine...I just had to make some brackets to support it. Pretty simple.
