Question Skyline Comparaison

I have made a search but I did not found anything, so I decided to make a post ( my first post in a while here )

So, here are the questions: ( For stock Skylines )

1;Which one is better on tracks
2;Which one is better in drag
3;Which one is the fastest ( acceleration )
4:Which one in the fastest ( Max speed, and what are their max speed ? )
5;Which one has more handling
6:Which one have more performance potential

I guess that is all for now

thanks

Re: Skyline Comparaison

Well, the answer to all your criteria is the R34 GTR. I'm not sure what you meant by "How much speed transmission has the R32?" but I think you were asking about the gearing? I was stationed in Japan and had a fairly modified R32 GTS-t and was very surprised at how short the gears were. It causes the car to launch well, but will absolutely drive you nuts at highway speed. I would be going down the expressway doing about 120km/hr at about 3500rpm. With a loud exhaust, constant 3500rpm will give you a headache! If I had that car in the states I'd definitely get different rear-end gears for it.

Re: Skyline Comparaison

I'm asking now, is it worst to mod a R32, or should I wait for the R34 to be legal ( in 7 years here...)

if not...any suggestions ? cars in the year 1990 or earlier

Smile Re: Skyline Comparaison

R32 GTR has the quickest 0-100 and 0-400m times in stock form and is the best base for a drag car as it is the lightest. R34 GTR for everthing else. But GTS-t ect are quick to. I will have specs on all popular skyline models soon
site is in my sig
cheers
