why stealing gas from a pipe line is a BAD IDEA
May (IRIN) - More than 150 people were killed while scavenging fuel when a ruptured fuel pipeline exploded and caught fire near Nigeria's biggest city of Lagos, police and health officials said.
The pipeline, which transports fuel from a depot at the Lagos port for domestic use inland, was breached at several points at a beach on the Lagos Lagoon where fuel thieves siphoned the volatile liquid into plastic jerry cans. Inhabitants of poor fishing villages said they were awakened by a huge bang as the pipeline caught fire, scorching the crowds of scavengers. im sorry to say that i did laugh when i read this because i pictured the one idiot that was there sitting at the syphon line smoking a cigarette

It's sad that the people are so dirt poor they have to steal fuel for cooking/heating.
When the oil companies went in there, they agreed to give a certain % of the profits to the government in return for the rights to the oil. That money was intended to help the people. In practice, the higher ups made themselves rich.

a friend from school is a prince of lagos (well, one of over 100), ill have to tell him the sad news.
but that's pretty messed up, wonder what exactly started it.

Mr. T doesn't pity anyone who likes the Black Eyed Peas. He just kills them. Mr. T speaks only when necessary. His main form of communication is folding his arms and slowly shaking his head. And regardless of the situation, he is always understood. On the A-team, Face , Haniabal, and Murdoch were all masters of disguise. Mr T didn't have to wear a disguise. The bad guys didn't recognize him out of fear.
