Glue Residue

So I tried removing my Oldmobile emblem and it left all the old cracked rubber behend and once I got that off it left this glue residue. Any ideas? Orange Cleaner doesn't work and neither does rubbing compound. That may sound horrible to you but its 17 year old white paint, so its really not that bad.

Go to walmart and in the paint section they have stuff called goo-gone. Put a little on a rag and put a little elbow grease into it and it'll take it right off without damaging the paint.

i would recomend warming up the glue first with the blow dryer, then put the goo-gone on it and let it sit on it for about 3-4 minutes. it wont hurt oyur paint. then use the elbo grease and it should be gone.
