help me choose tyres???

i am currently running 165/70 R13 tyres. The grip aint too hot as u can imagine. What do u guys think are the best tyres on the market for levels of grip (and remember it rains alot in Britain). I was considering/hoping (dunno if these will all fit) Potenzas, Pilots, F1's or PZero's.

The S-03 Pole Position is the best performing street tire dry or wet we have tested. Although they are not made in your size ... what about the possibility of getting different wheels in a 24" or 25" sixe for you car ?
