Question P10 GT grille

I'm looking for a GT grille for my P10 like the one below, I've been trawling around the net for the past week or so and can only find the one on http://www.panoramaautospares.co.nz/primera/page16.html Does anybody know where I could get one from in the UK?

Man, that Primera is well phat. My uncles taxi doesn't look that good. Have you tried Vauxhall. That grille looks exactly like the one they used to fit on the Cavalier.

Why dont you make one? take the OE part off your car, get a hacksaw(i know your worried) and cut the shape you require, file down the jagged edges then slap on p38 filler to the shape you want, then staple or glue mesh to the back, hey presto. I did this to my mk3 escort and it looked good, okay this is more complicated but the principles are the same. or just go to a body shop and tell them what you want.

That's my B-plan. But I'm reluctant to work on a brand new grille, and for obvious reasons to work on the grille from my car...don't want to be 'grille'less. The local scrappies don't often get grilles with their cars as that's one of the most likely bits to get broken. But 'if' I do ever get one then I'll be doing a little bit of DIY.

Nevertheless I don't think I'd ever be able to get a grille that looks as nice as the NZGT because that has a much thinner top bar which gives a really nice look. Ah well

Does anybody know the reason why the eGT's grille is blocked off. There was a GLX or something parked in the car park and its grille wasn't blocked off. I'm worried that there's some reason, like airflow to the intake from the spoiler, or that if I'm driving down the motorway in the rain that water'll get into the intake. Any ideas?
