Dash lights don't work
Where to begin......
We bought our 1986 Chevy Astro and the speedometer / odometer didn't work. After removing the dash, we discovered that the needle for the speedometer was broke off and the gear for the odometer was as well. They needed replacing. We went to a junk yard and purchased another speedometer cluster and installed it. For a whole day, the speedometer worked! But the dash lights did not. We thought maybe there was a loose connection so we planned to take it back apart and find out. Before we could, the speedometer quit working. We went to another junk yard and bought another cluster. We needed the lights to work since we drive our van for work and we work midnights. After installing the 2nd cluster, the speedometer worked again for 1 day, but the lights never started working. Before we started all this the dash lights worked. It was only the speedometer / odometer. I've checked the fuses, the wires and connections, but can't find the problem. Any help would be appreciated.... I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure it out on my own..... THANKS!

Re: Dash lights don't work
Have you checked your contacts see if they haven't had any contamination or thick residue on your terminals?
is there any bulbs? recheck your wires see if you have continuity in your wires or check at the back of your fuse box, maybe a pulled wire.
