Hi,
![]() How do you, Guys, polish the body of your car and with which product ? I tried to polish the body of my CLK with Tamiya Counpount. The result is nice but the polish stay in the panel line which isn't great at all. Do you have special techniques or else to avoid it ? Thanks in advance, Steve

I use a toothpick or a medium stiff paint brush to clean the panel lines when I use tamiya's compound. After I polish my bodies w/anything they get a good washing before going on the car.

I polish the surface smooth with Micromesh polishing kit. This involves wet-sanding the entire body with sandpaper from 3200 to 12000 grit. After the 12000 grit I polish with tamiya's compound to get a mirror finish. I wash the car afterwards and use a toothpick to get it out of the panel lines.
