'86 Accord Headlight Problem

Recently, my left headlight lo beams have stopped working. The right headlight lo beams work, and both headlights turn on when Hi beams are on. Any ideas on what could cause this? My back wiper doesn't work either.

Light bulbs have two filaments: one for low beam one for high.

For the wipers: did you check fuses?

I've tried replacing the headlight, and it worked for a little bit, then the lo beams stopped working again. I think it' probably a lose wire or something.
