Question about Air Filers and Intakes..

if i replace my stock 93 filter with a k&n filter would it actually add mroe power?
will i feel it?

i never went for a 0-100 test..but is that true that 93 max with 190HP does it in 11 secs? (auto)?

You should notice a slight difference. I use my intake for acoustic purposes only.

93 Max doesn't have 190hp. 95 - 99 has the VQ motor with 190hp. That car, stock, auto does 1/4 in 16 seconds.

11 second cars are extreme cars, not everyday drivers usually. A Maxima will need roughly 300hp to get near 11 seconds.

Actually the 3rd generation (a portion) did include a 190hp engine. In 1992 Nissan introduced a new engine(The VE) that were put into the SE models. The GXE models had a 160hp engine, while the SE enjoyed the beefier engine. I also belive that the engine did the 0-60 in 7.1 sec(5sp). The VQ was finally introduced to the 4rth gen maximas in 95. I should now this because i used to own a 92 Maxima SE, and i knew my car inside out....please do some research next time.
