1jz

i was doing some plans for my 87 7mge supra but have seem to come to a crossroads and need some opinions on the motor i def want to have a turbo chargded motor some im trying to decide between a 1jzgtte or a 7mgte is the 1jz really worth the hassel?

The 7MGTE is the easier motor to swap. You have to really want a 1JZ to swap it. You will need to be good with wires to splice the harness. You will also have to spend a lot of time searching for parts. Everything will have to be imported. Both motors can be built up to make some decent power. The 7M will make more TQ. The 1JZ will have a higher red line.
