96 Ram 1500 DTC P0441 ?
My friends has a 96 Ram 1500 with a 318 and over the past few weeks the check engine light has come on giving a P0441 code. This has happened about 4 or 5 times already. The code says "Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow". Does anyone have any idea what this means? I have asked several of my mechanic buddys and they all give me different solutions, none that have worked. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks

Pull the vacuum lines off the purge solenoid and check for small pieces of charcoal that has broken away from a defective charcoal canister .
