Question 2000PA Intermittent power loss/warning messages

Problems began sometime after front wheel bearings replaced, was seeing ABS and traction control messages at that time. Replaced bearings again and seemed fine for several months. Now, on 3 occasions so far in last few months Ive turned the key and engine wont turn over alltho all the dash indicators were lit. Upon 2nd try it always starts. In addition, random "tire pressure low" message appears even tho they are all correct and the same pressure. Not due to wheel slippage or spin either. Something funky is going on maybe with computer or Ive heard there is some module located in the rear area of the car which could be responsible. Any ideas?
