Question 92 Pontiac sunbird bogging.. and other problems!

I have a 92 pontiac sunbird. It was a 2.0 4 cyl in it..... auto tranny. For some reason for about 2 years now i guess. during the winter and wet season it has a HORRIBLE time starting. In the winter it just takes forever to start.... it backfires in the from exaust manifold... and just acts like a piece of shyt. When it is hot out it doesn't seem to act up very much at all. But if it rains all night and it sits in the rain it has a hard time again starting up... It will run as if the timing is off and messed up but its not.. then i guess the computer slowly corrects the messed up behavior....

We were told it was the fuel pump.. but that was like 2 years ago... so i think that if it was that it would have been gone by now.... I personally think there is a water leak or something wrong with the computer.... IF anyone at all has any help please i will listen to anything...

Well when i say boggs i mean runs like shyt. It is like you give it too much gas off the line or sometimes even when you are going fast. and it either doesn't go any faster or it just starts acting up....
