I got a diagnosis test done at Advance Auto Parts and this are the codes that came up. Can anyone help me!

Memory Code 543
Fuel Pump Secondary
Circuit Open PCM To Battery

Memory Code 628
Convertor Clutch
Excess Slippage

Memory Code 648
Gear 4 Ratio
Fault

Also where would my HO2s (sensor) be located at. I guess i have 2
