98 sierra problems

I was wondering if anyone could provide some info about the problems I am having with my truck, here is a list:

- service engine soon light is on
- my al/dl will not work
- rpm and speedo will not work: sometimes it will kick in and somtimes not, when it is not working I have shifting problems

any info would be great.

GM had a TSB (Techincal Service Buliten) on a problem similar to this, I don't have it in front of me, but I have posted the TSB and the fix before. There are two different things that can cause this problem, don't remember the first or the tests that show what to replace, but the second of the two fixes is the ignition switch. If you search you may find it, it has been almost 3-4 months ago since I posted about it. If you don't find it by saturday send me a message and I will find it when I am at work.

If the aldl isnt working check fuse #25 i think it is and go from there.
