1.6 head replacement

i'm kinda new 2 the whole nissan 4 banger deal i've had 6's mostly but would an SE-R head fit onto a 1.6l block 2 better the performance......any ideas would help me a lot.

no.
nissans are not like hondas, most head swaps dont work at all.
