Angry Problems with '03 325xi

I got my 2003 325xi with 22K on it as a CPO from Ridgefield BMW in CT on 3/31/06. When I took delivery there were cosmetic isues they had not addressed per our agreement, so I brought it back 2 weeks later (dealer 50 miles from home). When I picked it up on 4/14, they didn't fix the following items, PLUS, they dented a door, damaged the rub rail on passenger side and gouged an inside door handle - all items they have vowed to fix on 5/15 in addition to finishing what they didn't do on its first service call. Ridgefield BMW is not at the top of my Happy list.

Anyone with similar problems? Here are the current mechanical concerns I have:
  1. Xenon lites: Front Driver light going out intermittently - been pulled over for having a headlight out.
  2. Auto Transmission:
    • When coasting down hill at 40 mph, foot OFF gas, engine will intermittently rev and speed up when I apply brakes. Not cool.
    • When coming to a stop, intermittently downshifts real hard to first
  3. Muffled rattle from drivers side door/window area at lower speeds. Stops when I push out on window in up position.
  4. Whistle in passenger compartment at highway speeds (my 2002 Golf TDI with 130K doesn't do this)
