power seat?
i recently noticed a wire under my driver seat. but my seat isnt power controled and i was curious what it could go to. its a 94 sl1

Did you trace the wire? make sure it is not going to the console or under the carpet.

seat belt indicator? if unplugged the dash light wont be on.

That would make sense.. If it is not detecting the seatbelt the light on the dash will stay on.. that must be what the wire is suppose to hook up to.

The PREST module for the mouse belts does not moniter the lap belt.

PREST is the nickname for the Passive RESTrant controler module, the little box that controls the automatic belts
