www.alldata.com will have the TSB numbers and descriptions for free, but you'll need a subscription for the details. Usually if you find one and post it here someone will post some of the details.

Hi, Should you equest a TSB pertaining to a certain problem with your vehicle from a FORD dealer, All they have to doe is run your vin#, punch in your problem and get the pertaing TSB, SHOULD BE FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.................GOOD LUCK......Clay..
